Please contact us using the below form for any maintenance requirements and we will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange a contractor. For any urgent requests please follow the steps as detailed in the sections below.

Urgent Maintenance

If it is an emergency during business hours (refer to contact page for business hours), please call the office on 03 470 1122 – and choose the maintenance option. If it is an emergency outside of business hours, please call the office on 03 470 1122 and chose the emergency option. This will be diverted to our afterhours call out team.

Lockouts

All lock outs are charged. During business hours, please call the office on 03 470 1122 and choose the maintenance line. If staff are available, they will meet you at the property to let you in. There is a $50 (incl. GST) cash call out charge payable prior to entry. If staff are unavailable, you will need to call Begg Security on 0800 852 344. If it is outside business hours, please also ring Begg Security. Please note Begg Securities call out charges vary between $50 to $150 plus labour depending on the day and time of the call out, plus difficulty of the lock. Cash is also payable prior to entry
