Mary Donovan
Director
Mary founded DPM in 2015 after identifying a clear gap in the market for 'high quality' property management. Mary's background is in Business Administration, Property Management and Property Investment. Her Property Management experience in Dunedin has provided her with a thorough understanding of the rental market and a wealth of contacts within the Industry.
Mary is passionate about ensuring owners maximise their investment properties potential by focusing on sound and sustainable management practices. Her attention to detail with selecting tenants, identifying maintenance issues early, and a firm but fair approach to tenant management means your property is in good hands.
Rory Donovan-Stumbles CA
Director
Rory has been a sounding board at DPM since the beginning, providing financial assurance over the trust accounting process, client monies and rental allocations. Rory trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at BDO in Auckland, and has recently returned to New Zealand from London where he worked as a Senior Fund Accountant for one of the worlds' largest private equity firms.
Natalie Depczynski
Property Manager
Natalie is a motivated self starter who thrives off opportunities where she is able to use a creative perspective to develop and implement policies and processes for DPM, in turn streamlining our service offering to investors.
Natalie joined DPM in 2018, after spending two years as a Property Manager at Comprehende in Wellington working with a large portfolio of both commercial and residential properties. Natalie has spent time in Hospitality and Guest Services roles, and is currently working towards a Bachelor of Hospitality Management.
Natalie takes pride in her ability to easily create rapport with key stakeholders, and when faced with adversity in high pressure environments, Natalie remains enthusiastic while working efficiently to solve problems and generate positive outcomes.
Ashleigh Thompson
Property Manager
Ashleigh joined the DPM team in 2017 bringing with her extensive sales and marketing experience. As well as having previously worked as a Letting Agent, Ashleigh has spent time in the Financial Services industry where she worked at BNZ. Both roles have provided her with strong relationship building qualities and have enabled her to develop a methodical approach to her work.
Ashleigh carries out a diverse role at DPM where she will be involved in the day to day administration side of the business and will also undertake a number of lettings engagements.
Ginny Smith
Letting Agent & Administrator
Ginny joined us in 2017 after previously having worked as Office Manager at a private training establishment. Prior to that Ginny worked in both Christchurch and Dunedin for one of New Zealand's leading real estate companies, with a focus on both sales and administration.
Ginny has a strong client focus, with the ability to resolve queries quickly when they arise. Ginny joined us with a breadth of administration skills, and has been instrumental in setting up the operational platform for DPM to grow.
